The final session of my three-session run at the Telluride Yoga Festival was the one I wanted to close with. Because after opening hearts with cacao, after clearing and activating intuition... there was only one place left to go... into the field of everything you are calling in. The field of limitless potential.
This was: The Manifesting Sound Journey.
Before I tell you about the session itself, I need to tell you a story. Because manifestation, the law of attraction, the extraordinary power of the mind and energy and intention, it's not abstract to me. It is personal. It is how I live my entire life.
It started with my mom.
She has always been a woman who understands â even without the formal language of manifestation or the teachings of books like The Secret â that your energy and your focus and your feeling state create your reality. She did not need anyone to teach her this. She lived it. And she taug...
The second session I led at The Telluride Yoga Festival in June 2026 was a really powerful one; Intuition Activation.
Because if there is one thing I have learned in this lifetime... one thing I would tell my younger self... it is this:
Your intuition already knows. Your only job is to listen.
When I create a themed sound journey, the instrument selection is never random.
For the Intuition Activation session, I specifically chose instruments that were ethereal, like Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, the crystal harp, chimes and other specfic instruments. The ones that played tones that open the channel between the physical mind and whatever you want to call what lives beyond it. Divine guidance, Universal energy, Higher self, Inner knowing. Call it what feels best to you.
The guided visualization meditation IÂ crafted for this session was designed to do one thing: take you beyond the noise of the an...

Cacao Ceremony and Sound Journey at Telluride Yoga Festival 2026 with Danielle Klein
I was invited back to the Telluride Yoga Festival for the 2nd year in a row!! Returning to a place that welcomed you so warmly the first time around is one of the sweetest feelings in this line of work. đ
I led 3 sound journey sessions across the weekend. This blog is dedicated to the 1st one: The Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey, because it deserves its own full story.
What Is Ceremonial Grade Cacao â And Why Does It Matter?
Before I tell you about the session, I want to give cacao the credit it deserves. Because what I use is not the cocoa powder in your pantry. Not even close.
Ceremonial grade cacao is something entirely different â and the distinction matters both energetically and nutritionally.
The cacao plant (Theobroma cacao â which literally translates from Greek as food of the gods) has been cultivated and revered for thousands of years, primarily throughout Mesoamerica â in regions that are now...
Have you ever wondered how meditation can actually change your brain? Not just make you feel calm in the moment, but rewire your neural pathways? And then, why adding sound healing (like singing bowls and instruments) seems to accelerate that shift? Today, let me walk you through what the science shows, what that feels like in real life and how you can use both meditation + sound to truly transform your mental, emotional and energetic state.
Neuroplasticity & Meditation: Your Brain Is Alive, Always Changing
First: neuroplasticity = the brainâs ability to change its wiring, strength of connections and structure in response to what you do, think and how you feel. Itâs not fixed; your brain is remarkably malleable.
Anxiety is more than just feeling stressed or overwhelmed. It can be an all-consuming state of mind that impacts your body, emotions and daily life. If youâve ever experienced anxiety, you know how it feels. Your heart races, your thoughts spiral, your chest tightens and itâs hard to catch your breath. đ«
Anxiety can show up in many ways, including:
These symptoms are not just in your head, they are a direct result of the bodyâs nervous system being stuck in fight-or-flight mode. When stress hormones like cortisol are elevated for too long, it can lead to chronic anxiety and ...
The nervous system is the bodyâs intricate communication network, responsible for transmitting signals between different parts of the body and coordinating its functions. It consists of two main parts: the central nervous system (CNS), which includes the brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system (PNS), which connects the CNS to the rest of the body. These two systems work together to control everything from voluntary actions like moving your arm to involuntary actions like breathing and digesting food.
At its core, the nervous system is about communication. It receives sensory information from the environment, processes it and then sends signals to muscles and glands to respond appropriately. For instance, when you touch a hot surface, your nervous system immediately sends a message to your brain, which in ...

Various titles like âSound Healer," âSound Practitioner," âSound Artist," "Sound Therapist", "Sound Alchemist," are often used to describe individuals curating an experience with sound.
While these labels may carry distinct connotations, the essence remains the same â someone creating meaningful and intentional experiences through sound.
Ultimately, the words we choose to identify with are subjective and personal. Each term may resonate differently with each individual.
Whether one identifies as a âSound Healer,â âPractitioner,â âArtist,â or something else, the common thread lies in the intention to craft immersive sonic journeys that have the potential to uplift, heal and inspire.
Â
For instance, âSound Healerâ sometimes gets a bad association where people believe that the person calling themselves a âSound Healerâ is being egotistical and thinking they are ...
Our brain is a complex organ that operates at different frequencies known as brainwaves. These brainwaves are electrical impulses generated by neurons communicating with each other, and they significantly influence how we feel, think, and behave. There are five primary types of brainwaves: Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. Each type represents a different state of consciousness and has unique effects on our mental and emotional well-being.
Delta (0.5-4 Hz): Delta waves are the slowest brainwaves, typically associated with deep, dreamless sleep. In this state, the body is in a mode of deep healing and regeneration.
Theta (4-8 Hz): Theta waves are present during light sleep, deep meditation, and the initial stages of the sleep cycle. This state is often referred to as the "twilight" state, where the mind is deeply relaxed, and subconscious thoughts and creativity emerge. Theta is also where hypnosis...
