Gamma (30-100 Hz): Gamma waves are the fastest brainwaves, associated with high-level information processing and cognitive functioning. They are often observed during moments of intense focus and learning.

The Impact of Prolonged Beta and Alpha States

While Beta and Alpha states are essential for daily functioning and creativity, remaining in these states for extended periods can cause chronic stress.
