Most would describe me as an energizer bunny with a big heart. I am passionate about bringing people together for community, connection, fun and adventure. I am a fitness, yoga, meditation and breathwork instructor, a sound alchemist, ThetaHealing Practitioner and business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that.

HOW TO GET HERE:

You've got options:

EASIEST & BEST Option: Fly directly to the Aspen, CO airport: ASE, which is a 40 min drive from the retreat location. I STRONGLY encourage you to book a flight to and from ASE airport in Aspen because it's a beautiful way to see the Rocky Mountains, quick & easy and it's a small airport with no security or check in lines. And most importantly i70 can close from time to time because of mudslides or excess rain. Book your flight into the Aspen Airport so the weather does not ruin your trip.
You can fly To Denver and take another flight between Denver International Airport (DIA) and Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE). The flight from Denver takes just one hour or less.
You can fly to the Grand Junction airport: GJT, which is a 90 min drive from the retreat location. You would need to rent a car if you fly into the GJT airport.
You can fly to the Denver International Airport: DEN, which is about a 3-4 hour drive from the retreat location. You will need to rent a car if you plan on flying into DEN. You will need to drive to the Aspen area for the retreat. i70 has been known to close from time to time, this is why I strongly encourage you to book your flight to ASE the Aspen airport.
IMPORTANT: Please get trip insurance. It's affordable and gives you peace of mind. Things come up; weather, sickness, family, work, etc that can put a hold on your traveling. So please buy travel insurance to cover your investment.
